Welcome to Classic Muscle Warehouse. By visiting our site or placing an order, you
agree to the terms below. Please read them.

Who we are

Classic Muscle Warehouse operates this website and sells restoration and replacement
parts for classic vehicles. You can reach us at orders@classicmusclewarehouse.com.

Using this site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an
order. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to
interfere with its operation or security, and not to copy, scrape or resell our content
without permission.

Products, descriptions and images

We describe our parts as accurately as we can, including fitment, materials and what's
included. Even so, descriptions may contain errors, and product photographs are
illustrative. Colors vary between screens, natural materials such as wood and leather
vary between individual items, and some photos show accessories or emblems that are not included. Where an item's description notes a variation of this kind, that note takes
precedence over the photograph.

Fitment is your responsibility to confirm. Classic vehicles vary by year, model, body
style, trim and factory options, and parts were often changed mid-year. If you are not
certain a part suits your vehicle, contact us before ordering and we will help you
check.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may correct errors in
pricing or product information, and we may cancel an order placed against an obvious
pricing error, in which case we will refund you in full.

All products are subject to availability. Much of our catalogue is sourced from
suppliers and manufacturers, and stock information may not always be current. If an
item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you with the options.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may limit
quantities. A confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order; it does not
guarantee acceptance.

Custom and made-to-order items

Some items, including custom interior kits and made-to-order upholstery, are built to
your specification after you order. These cannot be cancelled once production has begun and are not returnable. We will tell you if an item falls into this category if you ask before ordering.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm that you are
authorised to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping and returns

Delivery and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and our Return and Refund
Policy, which form part of these terms.

Warranties

Parts are sold as described. Where a manufacturer offers a warranty on an item, that
warranty applies and we will help you make a claim. Beyond that, and except where the
law says otherwise, our products are provided without additional warranty.

We do not warrant that this website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Installation and use

Our parts are intended to be fitted by a qualified installer. We are not
responsible for injury, vehicle damage, or loss arising from incorrect installation,
misuse, or use of a part on a vehicle it was not intended for.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any order is limited to the
amount you paid for the item concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost time, towing, storage, labor costs, or missed deadlines such as a show date.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, layout and our own photography, belongs to
Classic Muscle Warehouse. Vehicle and manufacturer names, model names, logos and part numbers are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the vehicles our parts fit.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information, including what we share
with advertising and analytics providers.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the
time you place an order is the version that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and of the United States,
without regard to conflict of law rules.
